Your responsibilities

Maintenance, servicing, and monitoring of building technical systems (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, electrical)
Performing minor repairs and troubleshooting technical issues
Coordinating and supervising external service providers and contractors
Ensuring compliance with maintenance and inspection schedules
Documentation of completed work
Supporting renovation and modernization projects

Your profile

Completed technical vocational training (e.g., electrician, HVAC technician, mechatronics technician, or similar)
Professional experience in building services engineering is an advantage
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Technical understanding and manual skills
Team spirit and service-oriented mindset
Driver’s license category B is desirable
