Each of the companies holds 50 percent of the shares.The establishment of a joint sales company is another step in the development of the successful cooperation between Avobis and UNiQUARE. This will start the distribution of the software optimized for Switzerland. UNiQUARE covers the competence of the software developer, while Avobis contributes the extensive know-how in the administration and processing of mortgages. The solution can also be used as a SaaS model. The Swiss Bank Vontobel, started using this modern application this year.
