Your responsibilities

Independent and professional customer contact as a link between clients and software development
Joint development and optimization of software with the business analysis team, product owners, and developers
Gathering, analyzing, and documenting (customer) requirements
Designing user interfaces and data modeling for efficient software use
Preparing and conducting user training sessions for clients

Your profile

Educational background in business or technology (preferably in business informatics, computer science, finance, or banking)
Affinity for software development and understanding of its processes (programming skills are optional)
Relevant experience in requirements analysis or requirements engineering is an advantage
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

For this position with potential, we offer a minimum salary of EUR 3,175 gross per month for entry-level candidates. For candidates with advanced professional experience, we offer a minimum salary of EUR 4,350 gross per month. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a clear willingness to overpay.
