Your responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing complex IT projects in both agile and traditional project contexts
- Organization and coordination of collaboration across interdisciplinary teams
- Gathering and specification of customer and system requirements, as well as their translation into structured project and requirement documentation
- Conception and facilitation of workshops in direct exchange with customers
- Independent responsibility for expectation and risk management, as well as budget and resource planning
- Professional and clear communication with stakeholders, project, and development teams
Your profile
- Strong expertise in project and requirements management, as well as in agile, traditional, and hybrid project methods
- Several years of practical experience in the IT environment
- Proactive working style, willingness to take on responsibility in various project roles, and motivation to drive projects from idea to finished product
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, as well as empathy to effectively mediate between customer and team interests
- High technical affinity, strong process understanding, and strong quality awareness
- A certain willingness to travel is expected in the context of on-site project support

For this position with potential, we offer a minimum salary of EUR 4,485 gross/month. With appropriate qualifications and experience, there is an explicit willingness to overpay.
