Your responsibilities

  • Technical responsibility for the quality, stability, and scalability of our production AI applications
  • Selection, integration, and continuous optimization of AI models with regard to performance, cost, and robustness
  • Development and enhancement of evaluation, testing, and monitoring frameworks for AI systems
  • Integration of LLMs, RAG architectures, and agent-based systems into existing product and system architectures
  • Establishment of LLMOps/MLOps structures as well as development of reusable AI components and platform services
  • Ensuring governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices

 Your profile

  • Several years of experience in software development and system architecture
  • Strong understanding of databases, data models, and data pipelines
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG architectures, or agent-based frameworks
  • Knowledge of cloud architectures, containerization, and CI/CD
  • Experience with model evaluation, prompt engineering, and testing of AI systems
  • Understanding of monitoring, quality metrics, and governance requirements for production AI applications

For this position with growth potential, we offer a minimum salary of EUR 4,476 gross/month. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a clear willingness to offer a higher salary.
