Your responsibilities

Recording, analysis and documentation of customer requirements and transfer to the programming queue
Development of user interfaces and data modeling to ensure efficient software use
Preparing and conducting user training for customers
Independent and professional customer contact as a link between customers and software development
Close cooperation with software development and product owners
Development of optimization suggestions for the application

Your profile

Technical or economic degree (computer science, finance or insurance, business administration or comparable)
Understanding and interest in software development
Relevant professional experience in requirements analysis and reporting
Communicative, solution-oriented, service-oriented
Analytical skills and problem-solving skills

For this position with potential, we offer you a minimum salary of EUR 3,455 gross/month for full-time employment. We will, of course, offer more to candidates with appropriate qualifications and experience.
