Your responsibilities
- First point of contact for accepting and processing support requests from our users
- Recording, processing and documenting tickets
- Initial resolution of IT problems and queries according to the specified processes
- Collaboration with the development team and project management
- Active support in the development of industry-specific know-how
Your profile
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and technologies
- Completed technical training is an advantage
- Strong communications skills and customer orientation
- Analytical skills and the ability to understand and solve complex problems
- Team spirit and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
For this position with potential, we offer you a minimum salary of EUR 3.077 gross/month for full-time employment. We will, of course, offer more to candidates with appropriate qualifications and experience.
