Your responsibilities

  • First point of contact for accepting and processing support requests from our users
  • Recording, processing and documenting tickets
  • Initial resolution of IT problems and queries according to the specified processes
  • Collaboration with the development team and project management
  • Active support in the development of industry-specific know-how

Your profile

  • Basic knowledge of IT systems and technologies
  • Completed technical training is an advantage
  • Strong communications skills and customer orientation
  • Analytical skills and the ability to understand and solve complex problems
  • Team spirit and the ability to work in a dynamic environment

For this position with potential, we offer you a minimum salary of EUR 2.396 gross/month for full-time employment. We will, of course, offer more to candidates with appropriate qualifications and experience.
