Diversity has always been important for us. We come from 10 nations, speak 15 languages, have over 100 children together and are between 19 and 62 years old. As an IT company, we are proud of the fact that almost one third of our employees are female. We strive to offer them equal opportunities and we have already been officially recognized for in-house advancement of women. With our membership at Business Frauen Center, we want to strengthen our commitment even more.
