On the 25th and 26th of June 2018, the 5th “”Youth are the Future Days”” took place in the Congress Center in Pörtschach. UNiQUARE followed the invitation and used the opportunity to get in direct contact with the young people. Represented by Natalia Bouwmeeter and Werner Liegl, we took part in the discussion to the topic “”Recruiting in Dialog”” on the 25th of June. The young people tried to answer the central questions like: How can the young people of today be inspired by companies? How can I become a company attractive for talents and how can I keep them? Besides, short impulse lectures completed the programme that included interesting ideas and new approaches how to address the youth.
