turn key or joint venture
In respect of ‘turn key’ projects, UNiQUARE is completely
responsible for all programming and testing tasks. Development takes placed
at UNiQUARE’s office. We provide you, the customer, with a ‘turn
key’ solution. With ‘joint venture’ projects, in comparison,
UNiQUARE works with your staff or a 3rd party software house to develop
the software. The development work can take place at different locations.
Effective risk management through
rigorous testing
At UNiQUARE we test repeatedly and rigorously. Software parts are first
tested as modules and only after successful completion of this test, they
are subjected to an integrations test Risks and associated high breakdown
and repair costs are thus eliminated.
The pilot phase: your new software
in an on-road test
In this pilot stage the practical applicability of the software is examined.
In terms of ‘turn key’ projects, it is also the last stage
for which UNiQUARE alone is responsible.
The rollout: moving into the
branch
Here the key tasks are setting up the network, configuring the workstations
and training users. The new application is introduced into your branch
on a step by step basis.
Ongoing customer service
We work hand in hand with customers after implementation to ensure ongoing
quality customer service. Maintenance work is subject to a separate contract.
Outsourcing is also part of our service range.
